Custom Orders

We welcome custom orders and invite you to contact us if there is something you'd like to order that you don't see on our web site. Please note that some custom orders may not be refundable. With custom orders, your payment is held in escrow until art is delivered by the artist. You will then have the opportunity to view photos and approve the piece before it is shipped. 

Shipping

Smaller items are shipped via US Postal Service. Larger items are shipped via UPS.

International Shipping

Please note that for International orders, a flat fee of $20 is charged at check out. Your order is then prepared for shipment and actual shipping charges are calculated. If the cost to ship is more than $20, you will receive an email with instructions for selecting your preferred method for shipping along with a link for paying the additional cost. We love our International customers and charge only actual shipping costs and do not add additional fees. 

Returns

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please return the item in the original packaging and be sure the return label includes tracking. Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds for purchases made through PayPal are processed through PayPal. Shopify payments are refunded via bank check by mail. Please note that custom items and sale items may not be refundable.

Shipping costs on your original order are non-refundable; the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. PayPal or credit card processing fees may also be deducted. 

If returning an item due to damage, wrong item shipped, or other error on our part, please email or call us to initiate the return and request a return label.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged ... or you change your mind! To exchange an item, please email or call us first.

Gifts

If you would like to return an item from our store that you received as a gift (without receipt), you may exchange it for an item of equal value or request a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the exchange or gift certificate will be sent to you.
